Standard Shipping

All of our UK items are sent via Hermes 48 delivery and International via DPD.  Your tracking information can be found on your order dispatch email or within your account area. As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll get a notification straight to your email with your tracking number! If you require another copy of your tracking information please email us on sales@jaggarthelabel.com   with your order number and delivery details.

All orders are packed by our trusted team, and are checked upon dispatch to make sure your goods arrive to you in perfect condition. Any delivery queries or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery. All our parcels are weighed prior to dispatch and CCTV is used at our packing areas so we can thoroughly check if anything is not quite how it should be.

Non-Sale items bought via our website can be returned us within 14 days of receiving your items for a credit note or a refund, please advice us of your intention to receive either.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by the returns team. Once accepted, you will then receive an email confirmation of your return and refund.

For all undamaged items that are correctly returned, the outbound shipping charge will not be refunded.

International taxes and custom duties are not included within the refund policy.

Please note that refunds might take up to 14 working days to be processed, depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges for a more suitable size are free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to our stock availability.

International shipping / returns for outside the UK will be subject to additional taxes and duties to be paid by the recipient.

FAULTY ITEMS

An Item is considered faulty if it has been delivered to you in an imperfect condition and might contain manufacturing fault.

We do not consider wear and tear to be labelled as Faulty, our inspection team will assess every faulty product returned and will get in touch with you to inform you of the outcome.

You will need to submit your order number, invoice and supporting images when contacting us about faulty Items.
